Ann Scott Oswalt

Mrs. Ann Scott Oswalt passed away tragically in a house fire on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Graveside services will be held at Wake Forest Baptist Church in Sturgis, MS, on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at 2:00 p.m.
Ann was a retired beautician and was slowed physically by chronic arthritis, but she remained mentally and socially active, especially by phone.
Ann was survived by two brothers, Jimmy and Ralph Scott and their families, along with multiple nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Earl Oswalt, her parents, Lavert and Lucille Scott, and 1 sister, Nell Fondren.
Ann will be missed by her family and all who knew her.
Memorials may be made to Wake Forest Baptist Church in Sturgis, MS.
