Bill Taylor

March 5, 1940 — June 21, 2020

William H. "Bill" Taylor went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Father's Day, June 21, 2020 at OCH in Starkville with his
daughter, Lara Taylor and son, Keith Taylor at his side.

Bill was the Pastor of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Eupora, MS and
City Councilman for the Town of Ackerman, MS.

Bill was born in Long Beach, MS to Rev. and Mrs. Charlie (Martha) Taylor. He was the 7th of eight children and had numerous half brothers and sisters as well. He attended Long Beach Schools, Clark College, & Mississippi College in Clinton, MS.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents; his son William Todd
Taylor of Clarion, PA; two brothers Calvin Taylor of Beaumont, TX; Norris Taylor(Judy) of Kosciusko, MS; and 3 sisters, Julia Drumb of Deland, FL; Anne Gaspard of Covington, LA; & Dorothy Schultz of Salem, Arkansas.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Charlotte Curtis Taylor; his daughter Lara Taylor of Ackerman, MS; his son Keith Taylor and daughters Millie and Mary Jane Taylor of Ackerman; his son Kevin Taylor (Cheri) and children Stella, Camille, Elijah of Inlet Beach, Fl; granddaughter Madison Neal of Inlet Beach, Fl, grandson Ross Neal of Nashville, TN ; Daughter-In-Law, Lorie Knox Taylor of Clarion, PA, grandson Joshua Knox Taylor of Clarion, PA and granddaughter Sarah Grace Taylor of Lebanon, New Hampshire, one sister, Martha Jane Phelps (Jim) of Wiggins, MS , a brother Harold "Mac" Taylor of Long Beach, MS, his brother and sister-in-law, Tommy & Debby Curtis of Ackerman, and his sister-in-law, Gloria Curtis of Louisville, MS. He is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces & nephews.
