James L Weeks

James L. Weeks of Laurel, MS, passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Care Center of Laurel, in Laurel, MS.  Mr. Weeks was born on April 24, 1949, in Webster County, MS, to Enon and Christine (Latham) Weeks.  He was 74 years old. Mr. Weeks was a retired welder and truck driver.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2023, 11:00 a.m., at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS.

Mr. Weeks is survived by 1 daughter, Christiana Palmer of Starkville, MS; 2 stepsons, Bobby Bramlett of Tennessee and Joe Miles of Starkville, MS; 1 sister, Kay Blake of Ackerman, MS; 3 grandchildren; and his best friend, Jeff Box.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Weeks, his parents, and 1 brother, Kim Weeks.
