Jerry L. Gazaway passed away Thursday, December 19, 2019, at Baptist Hospital, in Memphis, TN. He was 53 years old. Jerry was born August 15, 1966, in Oktibbeha County, MS, to Walter and Ella Ruth(Oswalt) Gazaway.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 23, 2019, 2:00 p.m., at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS, with Rev. Donny Davis officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, December 22, 2019, 5:00–8:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Daphne Gazaway, his father, Walter Gazaway of Sturgis, MS, 1 son, Michael Gazaway of Ackerman, MS, and 1 daughter, Tori Gazaway of Ackerman, MS, 3 brothers, Terry Gazaway of Ackerman, MS, Tracy Gazaway of Pine Bluff, AR, and Sammy Gazaway of Sturgis, MS.

Jerry was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Ruth(Oswalt) Gazaway.
