Private, family only, Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020, 1:00 P.M., at McClelland Cemetery in Sturgis, MS. Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman, MS, is in charge of arrangements.
John is survived by 2 daughters, Kim(Scooter) Lockhart of Starkville, MS, and Rhonda Ballard of Memphis, TN; 2 brothers, Jimmy Franks of Sturgis, MS, and Ricky Franks of Mathiston, MS; 1 sister, Sandra Scarbrough of Sturgis, MS; 3 grandchildren, Matthew Howell, Carmen Howell, and Addison Ballard.
