Lanette Ann Shepard passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at her residence in Ackerman, MS. Mrs. Shepard was born October 30, 1933, in Rainbow, TX, to Jacob M. and Lila(House) West. She was 88 years old. Mrs. Shepard was a retired school custodian and was a member of Rainbow Baptist Church in Rainbow, TX.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Rainbow, TX.
Mrs. Shepard is survived by 1 daughter, Sherry(Gary) Lee of Ackerman, MS; 2 sons, Steve(Toni) Shepard of Rainbow, TX, and West(Karen) Shepard of Rainbow, TX;
8 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild with another expected later this year.
Mrs. Shepard was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Shepard, her parents, and 2 sisters.
