Luskey Lee Green

Luskey Lee Green of Ackerman, MS, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024, at his residence in Ackerman, MS. Luskey was born on September 6, 1953 in Bentonville, AR to William Silas and Patsy Ruth (Brown) Green. He was 70 years old. Luskey was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and a retired preacher. Luskey still ministered from home and led Bible studies. He was a member of Ackerman Church of Christ.

 Memorial services will be held at Ackerman Church of Christ in Ackerman, MS on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 11:00 AM. A Gathering in Memory of Luskey will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Ackerman Church of Christ in the fellowship hall. A private burial will follow at Enon Cemetery in Ackerman, MS at a later date.

 Luskey is survived by his wife, Deborah Ann (Whittington) Green of Ackerman, MS; his daughter, Deidre Green of Ackerman, MS; 2 brothers, Victor Roy Green and Warren Jay Green; and 2 sisters, Barbara Ann Grochel and Vivian Kay Fuerst.

 He was preceded in death by his first wife, Donna McAdams Green, his parents, William Silas and Patsy Ruth (Brown) Green, and a sister, Mendia Fay Wood.
