Mary Lynn Moore, 94, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at Houston Healthcare Hospital Tomball in Tomball, TX. She was born on November 15, 1931, to George Leonard Keen and Ida Wills Keen at their home in Weir, MS. She attended and graduated from Weir High School. Mary attended Clark College as well as Mississippi State University. She married Curtis Winston Moore on February 28, 1952. During the Korean War, Mary and Curtis were stationed in Honolulu, HI. Mary and Curtis had two sons, Curtis Lynn and John Leonard. Mary was a God-centered, loving homemaker and caregiver to both her husband Curtis and her mother Ida. Mary was a member of Weir Baptist Church until 2019, when she moved to Magnolia, TX. She then was a beloved member of Magnolia’s First Baptist Church until her passing. Mary enjoyed reading, fellowshipping with friends and family, singing, and most of all praying for those in need.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband. She is survived by her sons Curtis (Nancy) and John (Vonetta), her grandchildren, Nicholas (Alexandria) Moore and Angel Idasha Moore, and her great-granddaughter Rileigh Grace Moore.

Our gracious pallbearers are Richard Moore, David McCulloch, Joey Stephenson, Thomas Savola, Bobby Jenkins, and Steve Montgomery.

Services are to be at Weir Baptist Church on Saturday, February 21, 2026, visitation begins at nine and funeral service follows at ten. Burial will be at Pisgah Cemetery.
