Noah Cedric Brooks, 85, retired from self employment, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at his residence in Mathiston, MS. Mr. Brooks was a member of the Blythe Creek Baptist Church in Mathiston, MS. He was born December 1, 1932, in Choctaw County, Mississippi. Parents were James Wesley and Maudie(Bright) Brooks.

Funeral Services for Mr. Brooks were held on Saturday, November 17, 2018, at 3:00 p.m., at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS. Burial followed in Blythe Creek Cemetery in Mathiston, MS.

Visitation was held Saturday, November 17, 2018, from 1:30-3:00 p.m. at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS.

Mr. Brooks is survived by his wife, Betty(Nickels) Brooks, 1 son, Tony Brooks of Mathiston, MS, and 1 daughter, Sharon Brooks of Mathiston, MS.

Mr. Brooks is preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, and 1 brother.
