Patricia Susan Craig Jenkins

Patricia Susan Craig Jenkins of Starkville, MS, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at her residence.Pat was born on October 6, 1960, in Hurley, MS, to James Thomas and Bonnie Sue (Dempsey) Craig. She was 65years old. Pat was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Starkville, MS. She was a Curriculum Specialist for the Department of Education, but if you asked her what she did for a living, she’d say that she was an Educator. Pat was a loving wife, mother and Nana. She loved her grandchildren a lot.

Funeral services will be held at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM with Bro. Mark Mayo officiating. Burial will follow at WeirCemetery in Weir, MS. Visitation will be held prior toservice time from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS.

Pat is survived by her husband, Howell Jenkins of Starkville, MS; her son, Denton Jenkins of Starkville, MS; her daughters, Sissy Jenkins Watson (Taylor) of Sturgis, MS and Cassie Jenkins of Starkville, MS; and her brother, James Thomas Craig (Julie) of Weir, MS. She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, Aubrey Watson, Nathan Watson, Spencer Watson, Cullen Watson, Penelope Watson, and Sophie Watson.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, James Thomas and Bonnie Sue (Dempsey) Craig, and a grandson, Elijah Tuck Watson.
