Samuel T. "Sammy" Oswalt

Samuel T. "Sammy" Oswalt, 51, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. Mr. Oswalt was born September 13, 1964 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was a member of Blythe Creek Baptist Church near Mathiston, MS, as well as a member of the masonic lodge.

Funeral Services for Mr. Oswalt will held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 2PM at Blythe Creek Baptist Church near Mathiston, MS. Interment will follow in Blythe Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 11AM til 1PM at Coleman Funeral Home in Ackerman, MS. Coleman Funeral Home of Ackerman, MS is in charge of all arrangements.

Mr. Oswalt is survived by his son, Kyle Oswalt of Caledonia, MS, his daughter, Kassie Oswalt Martin of McCool, MS, his mother, Martha McCarty Oswalt of Ackerman, MS and his sister, Judy Oswalt Black of Ackerman, MS. Sammy is also survived by his three grandchildren, Klara Oswalt, Karter Oswalt, and Laura Bre Martin.

Mr. Oswalt was preceded in death by his father, Lowell T. Oswalt.

The family requests all memorials be made to Blythe Creek Baptist Church Building fund.
