Shelia Gail Odom

Shelia Gail (Latham) Odom of Weir, MS, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at her residence in Weir, MS. Shelia was born on February 11, 1952, in Webster County, MS to Maston and Vera (Fulce) Latham. She was 73 years old. Shelia was a homemaker and owned a Daycare for around 20 years. She was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church near Eupora, MS.

Graveside services will be held at Lebanon Cemetery near Eupora, MS on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Lebanon Cemetery near Eupora, MS.

Shelia is survived by her husband, Arthur “Junior” Odom of Weir, MS; 3 sons, Phillip Hardin (Tish) of Stewart, MS, Kurt Odom of Weir, MS, and Michael Odom of Cocoa Beach, FL; 8 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Steve Latham (Sue) of Louisville, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maston and Vera (Fulce) Latham.
